Let’s Raise the Bar from Merely Surviving to Truly Thriving

Here, you’re not just a number; you’re an individual with a unique path to optimal well-being

If you’re here, chances are you are the type of person who pushes your limits, strives for excellence, and doesn’t like to be slowed down or have your performance negatively impacted by anything, especially not your physical or mental health. Maybe over the course of your life, you’ve developed some chronic conditions that you’ve been hiding, or maybe your symptoms have caught up to you and you’re struggling with how to best take back control of your health, happiness, and your life.

If you’re like me, you’ve been through the frustrating process of chasing symptoms, where doctors or specialists don’t see your body as a whole system. I didn’t want to get stuck in a cycle where I would need a medication to treat the side effects of another medication. (Sound familiar?) Or worse, agree to proposed solutions that would permanently change parts of my body to treat one issue but permanently cause a slew of new issues to manage. (Like snipping part of my brain to “fix” something I’ve been able to resolve naturally through yoga instead.)

My journey began with my own struggles with:

  • Experiencing bullying and divorce in childhood
  • Worsening hyperhidrosis and chronic migraines in adolescence
  • Diagnoses of traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and situational depression in adulthood

I know first-hand how isolating and overwhelming challenges like these can be. But through holistic methods, I’ve learned to not only reduce and manage these health concerns but to thrive beyond them. In fact, through the journey of my integrative approach I enjoy greater health and wellness than at any time before. And I’ve had numerous clients share the same.

Art was my first coping method growing up, leading me to a career in art therapy to help others heal through the power of art. As an adult, I realized just how highly sensitive I am to everyday environmental factors and prescription drugs. Leaning into holistic approaches, I not only learned to reduce and manage my symptoms naturally but gained a sense of empowerment, fun, and freedom. I moved away from feeling fragmented to finding wholeness and harmony.

Now, I have the privilege of guiding others on their unique paths to health and wellness. My experience includes supporting a variety of people through diverse physical and emotional concerns. Each person I work with receives a completely individualized approach— no two healing journeys are the same.

My work with others isn’t merely based on work I’ve done on myself. I have over a dozen years of clinical experience using holistic methods to heal our elite service members, some of the highest stress-enduring people on the planet, from chronic visible and invisible wounds of war and life.

I’ve worked with individuals from diverse ages and backgrounds, addressing a wide range of physical and emotional health concerns. My experience includes supporting people through challenges such as chronic illness, chronic pain, trauma, traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, cancer, homelessness, histories of abuse, trauma, incarceration, grief and loss, chronic stress, identity issues, guilt and shame, major life transitions, divorce, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, substance dependency, feeling lost, sleep issues, and much more.

My toolbox of offerings grew from art therapy to including yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, health coaching, energy healing, and Feng Shui, as it became more and more clear that to truly transform any condition or source of disease, whether primarily physical or mental health, the person needs to be addressed holistically, on levels of mind, body, soul, and environment.

And thus, Flourish Momentum was born.

Curious how my approach can help you too? Let’s explore your path to wholeness together.

To speak of Jackie’s work, is to speak of the extreme progress I have made working with her. She never lets me “fall off the wagon” and holds me accountable to doing important self work.

She listens, tailors sessions perfectly surrounding my trauma, my anxiety attacks, my triggers, my pain. I couldn’t think of a more well equipped person to be on this journey of chronic pain and overall self wellness with me than Jackie. She’s resilient, graceful, knowledgeable, funny as all hell, and can lead you down any path you would need to elevate your wellness and overall happiness.

I cannot recommend her enough, YOU NEED HER IN YOUR LIFE.

H.S.

Jackie is hands-down one of the best clinicians I have ever had the pleasure to work with in my career. She has a way to make reaching people, building rapport, and gaining the trust of those with whom she works seem effortless, thus building a solid foundation for the goals being targeted.

As a Speech Pathologist working in the speech/cognitive domain we rely so heavily on words and a person’s ability to describe things they’re experiencing, feeling, and where they are falling short. Through working with Jackie and sharing patients that also participated in Art and Yoga, I learned the other means by which patients can express themselves and other ways to reach them that don’t require words and are often, in fact, more effective in unlocking what has been buried in the brain.

Working with Jackie isn’t just hiring another coach, it’s making an investment in yourself, one that I don’t believe anybody would regret.

S.R.

Jackie is pure magic. She is such a gifted artist, healer, intuitive, and empath who is deeply knowledgeable about all things health and wellness related.

From fine-tuning your outside space through Feng Shui to recalibrating your inner space through art/reiki/mindfulness practices, Jackie teaches how small adjustments can lead to enormous transformation. She gently reignites and fans the flames of the creative spark that resides within us all, reminding us that we have so much power to heal ourselves on every level. She’s the best!!!

Time Tested Results

Many people I’ve worked with in the past in free clinics have found my private practice and have worked with me again, saying “this was the most helpful part of my treatment”

I worked with Jackie while I was still in the military, at the Eglin AFB TBI clinic. She opened up a whole new side of healthy coping mechanisms and helped me to tap into healing modalities that actually worked for me.

Fast forward 3 years later, and I’m working with her again now! We’ve been practicing yoga, yoga nidra, and other healing treatments and I’m happy to say that my blood pressure is down, my hormones are leveling out and my thyroid is functioning again – all without having to take pills. I highly recommend working with Jackie!

S.C., Elevate client

I was having major sleep issues, PTSD, IBS, and a multitude of other problems. My garbage dump of a lifestyle was a major contributor to my ailments. Through Jackie’s course of instruction, I have gained back control of my life of being healthy, mentally and physically. With her help, one of my biggest problems was to learn to calm my mind in order to get peaceful and restful sleep. Through tracking my sleep patterns over the courses I have been able to show how her therapy had helped me regain a healthy sleep pattern and normal gut for once in many years.

As a Combat Veteran who was dealing with many issues, I can now successfully say Jacqueline has given me a basket full of tools to become a new and better version of myself.
